We strive for customer satisfaction. However, returns or refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

If the book received is damaged, wrong, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor wear during transit.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
